We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team at CORDE for a fixed-term, part-time role. Based in our Rolleston Office, working across a variety of industry sectors, including civil construction, 3waters, maintenance and operational services.

Reporting to our Quality, Learning & Development Advisor, some responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of internal and external training
- Maintaining our learning management system: records, reporting, content and general administration
- Building and publishing the training calendar so our teams always know what's coming up
- Supporting the induction and onboarding programme for new starters
- Helping learners through enrolments for NZ Certificates and Apprenticeships
- Preparing and issuing certificates, and promoting training opportunities across the business
- Pulling together training statistics and reports when they're needed
What you'll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu
- Previous administration experience (Preferrable)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confident communication with people at every level, from apprentices on site to the leadership team
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook calendar management
- A practical, level-headed approach to problem solving
- Genuine interest in learning, development, HR or people-focused work
