About the role | Ko te kaupapa

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us immediately on a 9-month fixed term, with flexibility on whether that's four or five days a week.

This is a hands-on delivery role, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management and based at our Rolleston head office. You'll deliver projects end-to-end across all operational divisions and our business services functions. Some responsibilities will include:

• Driving day-to-day delivery across initiatives - planning, sequencing, and keeping things moving
• Facilitating planning workshops and working sessions with senior leaders
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies, and escalating when needed
• Supporting change management activity, including communications planning and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting portfolio management activities — analysing and compiling reports, coordinating initiative plans
• Handling the coordination that makes delivery possible — scheduling, follow-ups, meeting preparation

What you'll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

• Proven experience delivering strategic or organisational change projects, ideally at executive level
• A relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM)
• A change management qualification (Prosci) preferred
• Confidence influencing and communicating with senior leaders
• Experience in a portfolio or PMO environment, not just single-project delivery
• A pragmatic, adaptive approach. Willingness to roll your sleeves up when delivery needs it
